Our trainings offer well-rounded skill sets for fire practitioners to help build capacity for the fire management community. We are dedicated to creating a better educational experience to reach underserved and underrepresented populations to promote a more diverse fire management community.
Our trainings cultivate a learning environment for fire practitioners and fuels management teams from all backgrounds and experience levels.
We strive for DEIJ in our updated training materials and among our instructors to help build a bigger tent within the fire management community. We firmly believe there is a place in fire management for everyone. Our course options increase accessibility for students and course sponsors.
Creating a better educational experience both online and in-person through asynchronous learning, instructor-guided online deliveries, and improved kinetic experiences. Using Multi Disciplinary Resilience (MDR) – we offer well-rounded skill sets (technical proficiency and interpersonal skills) for fire practitioners in all stages of their career.
